Delivery Service
- Delivery service is available in Hong Kong only.
- Delivery will be arranged according to the receiver’s address and the receiver provided by the payer. If the product cannot be delivered to a certain location or receiver, we will inform you using the contact information provided on your order to change the address and receiver, collect the product by other methods or arrange for cancellation of the order.
- The receiver shall collect the product upon verification of the 6-digit password sent by SF Express.
- The product is delivered in sealed packaging. If the receiver finds that the packaging or seal has been damaged or torn at the time of delivery, please immediately reject the delivery and contact the shop staff.
