The “Consumer Caring Scheme” is organised by GS1 Hong Kong, it aims to recognise local enterprises which pursue consumer care as top priority throughout their businesses. The scheme evaluates companies based on four core principles: “Consumer Centric”, “Conforming to Commitment”, “Striving for Quality”, and “Caring for Staff”. It evaluates companies through three assessment processes: self-assessment, company interviews, and an independent third-party consumer survey to comprehensively measure enterprise's performance in customer care and service practices.
