(27 May 2026) — Luk Fook Holdings (International) Limited (“Lukfook” or the “Group”) (Stock Code: 0590) is pleased to announce that the Group has once again signed the “Business Sector Integrity Charter” (the “Charter”) introduced by the Independent Commission Against Corruption (“ICAC”) of Hong Kong. As one of the pioneering companies to join the Charter, the Group reaffirms its long-term commitment to integrity by honouring this pledge. This demonstrates its determination to continuously enhance corporate governance and drive the sustainable development of the jewellery industry.

The “Business Sector Integrity Charter” was launched by the ICAC. It aims to encourage companies to strengthen the integrity of their business operations and implement integrity management systems, upholding and enhancing professionalism and ethical standards within the business community. The Charter also promotes the sharing of best practices among companies, fostering a corporate culture of integrity and further reinforcing Hong Kong’s status as an international hub for integrity.
