1. The promotion period is from 26 March to 23 April, 2026(unless otherwise specified).
2. Members must present valid Lukfook VIP card before making payment or redemption in order to enjoy member offers.
3. "Dazzling Rewards" Offer: The top 20 members with the highest accumulated VIP points through transactions made at any Lukfook Jewellery physical shop worldwide within the promotion period will receive a designated 18K Gold Diamond Pendant (not applicable to transaction made in Chinese Mainland, bonus points from purchases during birthday and special promotions); No subsequent entry of points will be entertained; The qualification will be based on the total VIP points accumulated from transaction of members at the end of the promotion period, and the transaction must be taken place in any Lukfook Jewellery physical shop worldwide (not applicable to Chinese Mainland). Calculations are based on the system records of Lukfook Group (“the Group”); In the event that a member cancels any transaction and the points earned are deducted, the latest system record shall prevail; A representative will contact eligible winners individually for prize collection arrangement in May 2026. All winners must collect their prizes in person at a shop of their choice (not applicable to Chinese Mainland). Failure to collect the prize by the deadline will be deemed as forfeited.
4. "Sparkling Redemption" Offer: Gifts with 50% off on redemption points will be launched at 10 a.m. on Thursdays (26/3, 2/4, 9/4 and 16/4) (UTC+8). A total of 160 pieces of gift will be launched in 4 phases with 10 pieces of each gift, in total of 40 pieces in each phase, all gifts are available while stock last; Each member can only redeem 1 piece of each gift per phase; Member has to submit the Gift Redemption Form in person at any Lukfook Jewellery physical shop worldwide (not applicable to Chinese Mainland) and must collect the gift at a shop of their choice in the same region where the application is submitted, online application is not accepted; Gifts cannot be exchanged, returned, redeemed for cash or exchanged for other products; All points will not be refunded once deducted; Gift redemption and usage are subject to the terms and conditions, participating the redemption constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions. Please refer to the terms and conditions in the Gift Redemption Form before participating; Except for liabilities prescribed by law, the Group shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to direct or indirect) arising from the use of the gifts.
