The bearer of this voucher is entitled to a reimbursement of the face value of this voucher upon the purchase of any items at any participating Lukfook Jewellery shops within West Coast of the United States.

2. 此券不適用於加州帕羅奧圖史丹福購物中心店舖。
This voucher cannot be used in Stanford Shopping Center shop, Palo Alto, CA.

3. 銷售稅將在扣除會員折扣（如適用）後計算。此券的面值將從稅後價格中扣除。
Goods and Services Tax will be calculated after deducting membership discount (if applicable). The face value of this voucher will be deducted from the product price after tax.

4. 此券不設退款，不得兌換現金及不設找續。如稅後價格超出此券面值，則須補回差額。
This voucher is non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash and no change will be given. Any outstanding amount shall be paid should the product price after tax be higher than the face value of this voucher.

5. 此券只可使用一次並只適用於單一銷售單，Luk Fook Jewellery & Goldsmith (USA) Co. Ltd.將於此券使用後回收。
This voucher can only be used once in a single receipt per customer and shall be collected by Luk Fook Jewellery & Goldsmith (USA) Co. Ltd. after use.

6. 此券有效期為簽發日期起2年內，逾期作廢。
This voucher is valid for two (2) years from its date of issue and will expire thereafter.

7. 此條款及細則之中英文版本如有歧異，概以英文版本為準。
In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

8. 如有任何爭議，Luk Fook Jewellery & Goldsmith (USA) Co. Ltd.保留最終決定權，並有權隨時修改此條款及細則而毋須事先通知。
Luk Fook Jewellery & Goldsmith (USA) Co. Ltd. reserves the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of Luk Fook Jewellery & Goldsmith (USA) Co. Ltd. shall be final.
