(19 December 2023) — Luk Fook Holdings (International) Limited (“Lukfook” / the “Group”) (Stock Code: 00590.HK) is pleased to announce that the Group was awarded the "Hong Kong Corporate Governance and ESG Excellence Awards (Hang Seng Index Constituent Companies)" at the Hong Kong Corporate Governance and ESG Excellence Awards 2023, organised by the Chamber of Hong Kong Listed Companies (“CHKLC”) and the Centre for Corporate Governance and Financial Policy, Hong Kong Baptist University (“HKBU”), for its outstanding performance in sustainable development, environmental protection, public disclosure as well as talent empowerment.
