Lukfook Group Honoured as “Consumer Caring Company” for 13 Consecutive Years

(12 May 2025) — Luk Fook Holdings (International) Limited (“Lukfook” or the “Group”) (Stock Code: 0590) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the “Consumer Caring Company” recognition by GS1 Hong Kong for the 13th consecutive year. This honour not only affirms the Group’s service philosophy of “Exquisite Craftsmanship, Quality Services and Customer Orientation,” but also highlights its untiring efforts in continuously providing customers with excellent services and innovative consumer experiences.

The “Consumer Caring Scheme” is organised by GS1 Hong Kong, it aims to recognise local enterprises which pursue consumer care as top priority throughout their businesses. The scheme evaluates companies based on four core principles: “Consumer Centric”, “Conforming to Commitment”, “Striving for Quality”, and “Caring for Staff”. It evaluates companies through three assessment processes: self-assessment, company interviews, and an independent third-party consumer survey to comprehensively measure enterprise's performance in customer care and service practices.
