The “Outstanding QTS Merchant Service Staff Awards” was launched in 2013. This year, it aims to support the Government’s “Hospitality Campaign”, themed “Let's Go the Extra Mile”, to recognise the contributions of frontline staffs towards service excellence and enhance the service standards in Hong Kong.
