If you would like to apply to the Group to cancel your Lukfook Jewellery membership and delete your membership account, you shall visit any shops of Lukfook Jewellery, Lukfook Joaillerie, Love LUKFOOK JEWELLERY, Heirloom Fortune or Goldstyle to fill in the form in person or submit your request through Lukfook Jewellery VIP mobile application. Your application will be processed within 15 working days after submission. Once your membership is cancelled, all unredeemed VIP points, unclaimed rewards/gifts and unused e-coupons in the member’s account will be forfeited without prior notice.
