The Group deeply understands customers' needs. To boost their confidence, comprehensive pre-sales and after-sales services are being provided in all retail outlets, including complimentary jewellery cleaning and examination service. The Group's retail outlets are especially equipped with gem examination microscopes for customers to check the product features before making purchase decisions. In order to provide all customers with unique diamonds, the Group has also installed laser cutting plotters in its retail outlets, which can engrave the unique certificate serial numbers, customer's name or their favourite words on the diamonds’ waists.

The tailored and professional advice provided by our sales team as well as the complimentary services such as free engraving and certificates for jadeite and diamond are well-received by customers.

Upon presentation of the sales receipt, customers may enjoy comprehensive after-sales service at any of the Group's shops around the world. Jade, ruby/sapphire, emerald, other coloured gemstones, pearl, chuk kam and Au999 diamond products shall be eligible for repurchase by the Group at the prevailing gold price at the time of such repurchase. Ring mounts, mounting services for customers’ own jewellery, timepieces or their respective accessories are expressly excluded from the Group's exchange or refund policies.
